Welcome to Our Mermaid Classes!

Dive into the enchanting world of mermaids with our captivating mermaid class! Immerse yourself in an hour of aquatic wonder as you learn the graceful art of mermaid swimming. Our classes are designed to transport you to a realm of magic and fantasy, where you'll discover the secrets of swimming with the elegance and charm of a mermaid.

We offer two group sessions each year, one in the refreshing embrace of spring and another amid the vibrant hues of fall. These group sessions provide the perfect opportunity to join fellow mermaid enthusiasts in a shared journey of exploration and delight.

Can't wait for the next group session? No worries! We also offer individual lessons throughout the year, ensuring that you can dive into the mermaid experience whenever the mood strikes. Our expert instructors will guide you every step of the way, tailoring each lesson to your skill level and aspirations.

Activities:

Discover the secrets of mermaid swimming as you learn fundamental techniques, including proper body positioning, dolphin kicks, and graceful arm movements. As part of the experience, you'll have the opportunity to use a mermaid tail, enhancing your swim and transporting you into the world of mermaids.

Requirements:

Participants should possess basic swimming skills and be comfortable in the water. Many of our movements are done underwater or in the deep in. Our classes welcome both adults and children over 10, restrictions may apply.

Equipment:

Mermaid tails will be provided for rent during the class, with the option to upgrade. Our tails are designed for safety and to provide an authentic mermaid swimming experience.

Class Cost:

Sign up for classes at Clovis Aquatic Center for $24 for the 8-class session. Rental fees for basic fins are $40, intermediate fins are $60, and advanced silicone fins are $80 for the entire session. Drop-in class rentals are available at $10 for basic fins, $15 for intermediate fins, and $20 for advanced silicone fins.
